HOMEsure Property has recently started offering a Personal Estate Agent service (PEA) which is a personal franchise for selling clients’ properties.
Meeting up with a new recruit today, I realised just how simple the theory is yet how hard it may be to convey this to a potential Vendor.
What would you say if one of your visiting estate agents said that they work on a self-employed basis?
Would you be buoyed by their obvious sense of drive in order to get their commission?
Or would you stick to the norm of a High Street agency as a ‘safe’ bet?
